Michigan Agri-Business Association elects 2023 officers, directors

February 10, 2023 – Members of the Michigan Agri-Business Association, a trade association representing nearly 300 companies across the food and agriculture value chain, elected the association’s 2023 officers and two new members of its Board of Directors at its annual meeting in January.

Officers for 2023 are:

  • Mike Fossum (Board Chair), Branch Manager – Croswell/Imlay City for Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC
  • Jon Rush (1st Vice Chair), Area Manager – Michigan/Ohio for BASF
  • John Tilt (2nd Vice Chair), General Manager for Vita Plus Corporation

In addition, Trevor Clayton, District Manager for Syngenta and Jacob Hecht, Richville General Manager for Star of the West Milling Co. were elected to serve on the MABA Board of Directors.

Current board member Michelle Bergman, Vice President of Grain at Cooperative Elevator Co. will serve on the MABA Executive Committee.
